The staff were phenomenal! They are all very nice and friendly people. They will try to help in anyway if you need anything but YOU HAVE TO ASK! Don’t just complain about stuff! Speak up and ask someone for assistance 😃 They have a wonderful rooftop bar! Breakfast was always delicious and cooked to order! The location is prime! There’s everything and more within walking distance! There are taxis galore available outside!

The hotel is a work of art and a credit to the design team. Each part of the hotel has hand painted art on the walls. Even in the rooms and in the bathrooms. Each one is individual it is simply stunning. Location is perfect for close to the airport while still being right in the city center. Right across from The locker room cocktail bar - outstanding.

Great location a 15 min walk from the BTS station, excellent connections to the city but out of the busier districts. The bed was huge and very soft sheets, the room was cleaned daily and amenities topped up, a mini fridge and kettle etc. Near to a 7 Eleven and lots of other options if you want to get breakfast there instead of at the hotel as this isn't included and is quite expensive

I liked the hotel lobby for it's size and appearance of luxury. The room was more than large enough and the bed was large and very comfortable. The wall-mounted tv had a panel for easier connection of HDMI and USB devices.

Short walk to restaurants, bars, supermarket and pharmacy. Nice vibe at night. I could find somewhere to eat at a tavern nearby late at night and feel safe. Room was clean and modern.

Great value for money: location is great, staff is very friendly and helpful and the space and comfort in the room was great. Our room dis not have windows facing outside, some people might be unhappy about it but for a short visit it was absolutely fine

Fantastic location in Thong Lo. Excellent coffee shop close by at KOF and some really good restaurants walking distance. Villa Market to purchase some pre-dinner drinks and nibbles just minutes away. The staff are divine.
